The system works

You are a biological unit, conditioned since birth to obey, consume, and call it living.

The system does not want you healthy. A sick animal is controllable. A miserable animal works for scraps. A confused animal defends the cage that starves it.

You trade a finite life for digital numbers that mean nothing, while the machine drains you dry.

Hierarchy runs on friction. It needs you anxious, replaceable, competing. That's how wages stay low and obedience stays high. A content animal has leverage. The system cannot allow that.

Bureaucracy isn't inefficiency. It's the control mechanism. Left alone, you'd become efficient and efficient means independent, and independent is a threat. So they bury you in meetings and rules that force you to perform submission, not produce results.

The ladder selects for compliance, not competence. The ones who climb are the ones who mimic the system best. Enforcing pointless rules is the only output their role actually measures.

Small groups optimize for survival. Large systems optimize for control. That's not a flaw to fix.

You are a cog. You will grind until you break, and the machine won't notice you're gone.

Your misery isn't a malfunction. The theft is dressed up as a reward, and you salute it.
